        After working so many years in the industry i feel everything is set for everyday. there are no new things in my everyday life. everyday i have to start my work and finish in a same way. so, I started changing my jobs from the budget hotel to 3star, 4star & 5star . If i have to compare, every hotel, everywhere rules and regulation, work procedure are almost same. But in terms of revenue, small hotels need help to increase their revenue they need management team to compete with any competitor and other group of hotels. Some hotels have their team but not all.
